Journey through the Alps

Beginning in car-free Zermatt, the line continues to the charming town of Brig, Andermatt with its rich history, and cultural Chur. Enjoy the pretty Engadin architecture of Filisur before the resort town of St Moritz marks the end of the Glacier Express' extraordinary journey.

Unforgettable scenery

Marvel at the iconic Matterhorn before entering the striking Kipfen Gorge where the River Vispa rushes alongside the train. 6,706 feet above sea level, the Oberalp Pass provides outstanding natural beauty, and the epic Landwasser Viaduct is a marvel of engineering, standing 213 feet over the valley below.
